Meet Ana
From an early age, I knew I wanted to be an architect. I was drawn to imagining spaces and understanding how they shape the way we live. Over time, that intuition became the foundation of my approach to design: guided by sensitivity, intention, and respect for place.
I founded Ana Santos Arquitectos in Marbella, a boutique studio specialising in luxury villas where design is the starting point. To me, a home is not just a structure, but a space that supports, protects, and moves those who inhabit it.
I work closely and honestly, listening before drawing. I focus on light, materiality, and balanced proportions, believing in an architecture that is elegant, calm, and understated.

Philosophy
Architecture and interior design as a single discipline. That is how every project at the studio begins: from the place, the people who live in it, and the way they live, shaping spaces with their own identity that go beyond the functional to become sensory and emotional experiences. We pay close attention to every detail: light, materiality, bespoke pieces, the integration of landscape and technology. All in service of a result that is harmonious, sophisticated, and completely personal.

Our Architecture
My approach is built on six essential elements: natural light, which shapes warm and ever-changing atmospheres; space, conceived to flow and adapt to contemporary life; and materials, chosen for their quality, sustainability and beauty.
To these I add the integration of landscape, creating a dialogue between architecture and nature, and technology, incorporated to enhance comfort and efficiency. At the centre of it all, people: I design with those who will inhabit each space in mind, always prioritising their wellbeing.
